To this day, the philosophy of Castello di Bolgheri remains unaltered - to create wines embodying the essence of Bolgheri’s stunning terroir.

Two signature wines grace the estate, both deeply rooted in Bolgheri's terroir. The Castello di Bolgheri, a selection from the best 20-year old vineyards facing the Tyrrhenian Sea, embodies the philosophy of the estate in its highest expression. Meanwhile, Varvàra provides a more immediate expression, balancing harmony and elegance in pursuit of a rich, precise, and elegant taste.
